Was Queen of England & Ireland for 45 years, from 1558 until her death, as the last monarch of the Tudor dynasty.
Became Supreme Governor of the English Protestant church.
Her rule is known as Elizabethan era, famous for drama, art & Shakespeare.
Famous for defeat of Spanish Armada, which brought great stability & pride to England.
In an effort to help fight poverty, she enacted the Elizabethan Poor Law.
