  • Only founding father to sign the Declaration of Independence, Treaty of Alliance with France, Treaty of Paris and the U.S. Constitution.
  • Mostly self-educated and became successful as a printer.
  • Conducted many scientific tests in electricity and meteorology, including his famous kite experiment.
  • Published Poor Richard’s Almanac for 27 consecutive years.
