Died: Unknown (Assumed into Heaven)

The angel Gabriel appeared to her and said she would be the mother of the Messiah and she’d conceive Him by the Holy Spirit, which she accepted, giving birth to Jesus in a manger in Bethlehem.

Known as the “Blessed Virgin”, she is the mother of Jesus Christ.

Was born without Original Sin and never sinned during her life.

Taken up into Heaven, where she reigns as “Queen Mother”.

Said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word.”
