Formed 1968 in London

Originally called the New Yardbirds, they consisted of singer Robert Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page, bassist & keyboardist John Paul Jones and drummer John Bonham.

Powerful, innovative songs include “Whole Lotta Love,” “Ramble On” and “Black Dog,” and their legendary classic  “Stairway to Heaven” routinely tops most lists as the greatest song ever recorded.

With over 200m albums sold, they were one of the most popular and influential bands in history.
