Guitarist in the Rock Hall who pioneered mixing rock music with Latin American jazz and African rhythms.

He has won 11 Grammy or Latin Grammy Awards for his best selling album Supernatural and classic tunes such as “Black Magic Woman,” “Evil Ways,” “Soul Sacrifice” & “Smooth.”

Nicknamed “Devadip,” which means “The lamp, light and eye of God,” by his spiritual guru & his Milagro Foundation provides health & education benefits to underserved children.
