Cartoonist and creator of the comic strip Peanuts, which has been published in 75 countries and 21 different languages! 

Helped liberate a WWII concentration camp before becoming a cartooning instructor.

Drew almost 18,000 comic strips over 50 years, winning many awards, including Emmys and the Congressional Gold Medal.

Hosted an annual hockey tourney on “Snoopy’s Home Ice!”
