During the 1960’s, this King & Queen of folk music forged a personal & professional bond that played out in their music and political activism.

Performed together at the civil rights March on Washington where MLK Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech.

Had a falling out but have reconciled and are fond of one another today.
