Best-known as “Holly Golightly” in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, she belongs to an exclusive club – having won an Emmy, Grammy, Tony & Oscar.

As a child ballerina, she helped aid the fight against Nazi occupation during WWII.

Devoted herself to humanitarian causes for the UN late in life.
