Author & diarist, she’s among the most well-known Jewish victims of the Holocaust. 
Her diary detailed life during German occupation of the Netherlands during WWII while her family was hiding from persecution.
For years her family hid in building’s concealed rooms behind a bookcase.
The blank pages of her diary were a birthday present but it become one of world’s most well known books.
Wanted to be journalist, saying: “I want to go on living even after my death!”
She’s a symbol of the Holocaust & strength despite persecution.
Said: “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world?”
